Large-area uniform film formation and crystallization quality of the perovskite absorber layer are critical factors determining device efficiency and product consistency.

At the exhibition, MANST showcased a complete coating solution portfolio ranging from benchtop laboratory coaters to GW-scale production coating systems. The GW-scale coating platform is designed for continuous production on standard 1.2 m × 2.4 m substrates. Equipped with a self-developed high-precision liquid metering pump, the system delivers a flow control resolution of 0.01 μL/s with high dynamic response, providing stable support for highly uniform large-area film deposition.

To date, MANST has built a full equipment lineup covering single-junction and tandem coating processes across laboratory to GW-scale production. Customized automation and environmental control configurations are available to match process requirements at different stages of customers’ development.

Vacuum Coating Processes to Complete Critical Functional Layer Fabrication

To meet the fabrication demands of key functional layers in perovskite devices, MANST presented its vacuum coating solutions covering three core deposition technologies: Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), magnetron sputtering, and thermal evaporation. These form an integrated vacuum process platform for the preparation of electron transport layers, hole transport layers, passivation layers, and electrodes, delivering a robust process foundation for high-performance perovskite device fabrication.

The integration of wet coating and vacuum coating processes further enhances process compatibility and system integration, delivering robust process support for diverse technical routes.
