On May 13, the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2026) grandly opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an)! At the event, MANST unveiled its "Solid-State Electrolyte Membrane System Solution." Addressing real industry pain points caused by material characteristics—such as uneven film forming, slurry agglomeration, and stringent production environment requirements for sulfide and oxide electrolytes—MANST has built a complete process equipment system tailored for mass production. By providing a viable path from the lab to scaled production through a full-link system design, the solution attracted significant attention from numerous industry experts and corporate representatives.

Focusing on Precision Coating Equipment

Empowering Solid-State Battery Mass Production

MANST's Solid-State Electrolyte Membrane System Solution is equipped with three core systems: ceramic twin-screw slurry making, coating solvent recovery, and transfer lamination. It relies on the ceramic twin-screw continuous slurry preparation process to optimize slurry dispersion. Paired with high-precision coating and spectral confocal detection, it achieves stable forming of ultra-thin electrolyte membranes. Additionally, featuring cryogenic solvent recovery and low dew point inert atmosphere control, it balances production costs with safety. The system also solves nine major mass-production process challenges, including sealed feeding, corrosion prevention, metal foreign matter control, and efficient transfer.

This solution is particularly compatible with sulfide solid-state electrolyte materials and is widely applicable to high-end power fields such as new energy vehicles (NEVs), eVTOLs, and humanoid robots. Deeply rooted in the field of precision coating equipment, MANST provides a reliable path for the scaled production of solid-state electrolyte membranes with highly practical engineering equipment, boosting the commercial mass production of solid-state batteries.

Industrial AI Large Model Empowerment

Solving the Challenge of Lithium Battery Quality Traceability

Addressing the industry pain point of broken data chains in lithium electrode quality traceability, MANST has created a lithium battery coating system solution that integrates full-process production closed-loop control, multi-dimensional quality inspection, and full-lifecycle quality traceability.

The solution assigns a unique ID to each electrode sheet via laser coding to connect the entire process, fusing multi-source data to achieve millimeter-level quality traceability for individual sheets. It is also equipped with an AI industrial large model—fine-tuned with professional corpus specific to lithium battery electrodes and available for localized private deployment—to provide AI Q&A and automated reporting. When abnormalities occur, engineers can query the AI; the system locates NG (No Good) sheets within seconds, generates a root cause report, and automatically sends rejection commands. Furthermore, it uses data-driven AI to predict cell capacity, enabling proactive prevention. This solution increases Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 3%-8%, boosts the yield rate by 2.5%, and reduces the rate of critical quality defects by 30%, truly achieving an intelligent leap from "passive traceability" to "proactive prevention."

Deaeration System Solution

Solving Lithium Battery Coating Challenges

On the afternoon of May 13, MANST delivered a keynote speech on its "Deaeration System Solution." Addressing issues in lithium battery slurry preparation and coating transport—such as the inefficiency of conventional batch deaeration, the tendency for secondary air entrainment in long-pipeline transport, and hydrogen gas generation in silicon-carbon anode slurries, which restrict product yield and stable continuous production—MANST innovatively launched an online deaeration system solution.

Utilizing the principle of "vacuum environment construction + centrifugal film formation + collision fragmentation," the system achieves a bubble removal rate of over 99.5%, efficiently removing microbubbles larger than 10 microns. The incremental equipment compresses the pipeline length from the deaeration tank to the die head to about 1/10 of the original, solving the problems of secondary air entrainment before the coating tank and continuous chemical gas generation in silicon-carbon anodes, thereby providing a standardized deaeration system solution for the lithium battery coating industry.

Dry Process Film System: Full-Process Dry Method

Uniform, Stable, and Green Manufacturing

MANST's Dry Process Film System Solution integrates a dry powder subsystem and a multi-roll film forming and laminating subsystem, covering the full-process dry method from powder handling to film forming and lamination.

The ceramic twin-screw fibrillation dry process combined with full-process temperature control ensures uniform powder fibrillation and stable process operation. Multi-roll film forming and closed-loop control technology significantly improve film thickness precision and consistency. Compatible with various material systems, the system is an ideal choice for achieving cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, uniformity, stability, and green manufacturing in fields such as positive and negative electrode sheets, solid-state electrolyte membranes, and specialty thin films.
