01 Solid-State Electrolyte Membrane System Solution

MANST will launch the **Solid-State Electrolyte Membrane System Solution** during the exhibition. It realizes solvent-free dry lamination for the multi-layer structure of solid-state batteries, providing an integrated solution to systematically tackle challenges such as solvent compatibility, interfacial impedance and precise thickness control.

02 Measurement System Solution

AMS, a subsidiary of MANST, specializes in providing high-end integrated online inspection solutions for the lithium battery industry. Its core products include X-Ray full-inspection areal density meter, general areal density meter, CCD vision system and laser thickness gauge, which have successfully solved various inspection difficulties in electrode production ranging from micro defects to macro dimensional accuracy.

With micron-level precise measurement and automatic closed-loop control technology, Aurik has won the trust of many leading domestic customers and promoted high-standard inspection equipment made in China to enter the European and American markets.

03 Full-Automatic Closed-Loop Coating Technology Solution

Addressing the industry pain point of data disconnection, MANST has developed a closed-loop solution:

Laser coding assigns a unique ID to each electrode throughout the whole process; multi-source data integration enables single-piece quality traceability. Equipped with industrial AI models for defect analysis and process optimization, it reshapes production management via full-link digital technology, improving cell yield and production efficiency.

04 Degassing System Solution

For the lithium battery coating process, MANST innovatively launches the online degassing system solution. Adopting the mechanism of vacuum formation + centrifugal film forming + impact crushing, it achieves a bubble removal rate of ≥99.5%. It effectively solves the problems of low-efficiency batch degassing in conventional coating and hydrogen evolution outgassing of silicon-carbon anodes.

05 Coating System Non-Metallization Solution

Aiming at industry pain points such as internal short circuit, insufficient safety and poor consistency of cells caused by metal impurities in lithium battery manufacturing, MANST launches a full-process non-metallization solution for the front-end lithium battery production.

Supported by high-performance ceramic material innovation, the company realizes full-chain coverage of non-metallization transformation across batching, slurry preparation, slurry conveying and coating processes.

As the first domestically independently developed full-ceramic dual-layer full-automatic coating die, its coating section achieves complete de-metallization to eliminate metal pollution. It features high wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and other superior properties, with a service life far exceeding traditional metal dies.

The solution greatly reduces equipment replacement and production shutdown maintenance frequency, cuts down the comprehensive life-cycle cost, ensures production continuity, and provides safe and efficient support for high-end lithium battery manufacturing.
